In retrospect I think I've had a lot of denial about how miserable things had gotten with the soaking wet sheets, clothes, and all the extra laundry. I'm getting some significant relief from all that.

| What is Perimenopause? |
| OK, now we're getting to the heart of the matter. Physical signs of the menopausal process begin many years before the final menstrual period. This transitional phase is called perimenopause (literally meaning "around menopause"). It can last 4-10 years and is different for every woman in duration and symptomology. Perimenopausal changes usually start during a woman's 40's, sometimes even in her 30's, and ends one year after the final menstrual period. When perimenopause symptoms become noticeable many women begin weighing their options for perimenopause treatment and perimenopause relief.
